Using natural products for skin care or around the house is rewarding on many levels but can still be challenging particularly at times when we perceive that the benefits may not live up to expectations. There is anecdotal evidence of Helichrysum’s amazing power when used on broken bones and for fading bruises in record time. I think of it as the essential oil equivalent of arnica and like to combine the two for optimal healing power.
