Please copy and paste the items you require from the product list onto the order form then add the quantity you would like. The order form can then be emailed to me and I will confirm product availability and total cost of order including carriage if applicable.

To keep costs down I only accept payment by cash or cheque. Payment must be received before goods are despatched or at the time of collection.

To minimise impact on the environment all packaging used for despatch is re-used, recycled or recyclable. If you wish to send an order as a gift then please advise and the best outer packaging I have at the time will be used. Orders can be gift wrapped in recycled brown paper and tied with natural twine for an additional £1.50 including hand written gift tag.

Please advise when placing your order if you would like to collect and individual arrangements can be made. Small orders (up to 1kg in weight) will be sent by post as soon after they are received as possible. This is usually within 3 working days but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Larger orders (over 1kg) will be despatched by carrier on Tuesdays for delivery the next working day. If you are not home when delivery is attempted the carrier will put a card through your door and you can make arrangements directly with them. However, you can at your own risk stipulate an ‘if out’ instruction, e.g. leave in porch / with neighbour etc. if you prefer.

N.B. I am primarily a homeopath rather than a mail order business and only package up larger orders (over 1kg in weight) for collection by courier once a week for environmental reasons. I understand that this may be an inconvenience to some people and apologise if these arrangements are not suitable for you. Small orders can be despatched more frequently as I can walk or cycle to the post office daily.

Despatch is only available to UK mainland addresses. It can be difficult to work out the weight of an order so I am happy to advise you of this before you make payment.

I aim to give 100% customer satisfaction on all orders and you may return UNOPENED goods within 28 days of purchase for a full refund excluding the cost of carriage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
